Susan Chrisman has an active role in Chrisman Construction, as Chief Financial Officer. She oversees the scope of work and financial aspects on all projects with David Jensen, who is the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Project Manager for Chrisman Construction.
Susan also owns and operates her property management business through The Colorado Group, Inc. Much of Chrisman Construction's work has come from Susan's property management clients and tenant referrals as well.
Susan earned her B.S.B.M from Colorado State University. Susan and her family are active outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy biking, hiking, skiing, scuba diving and camping. The Chrisman's also enjoy traveling the world whenever possible. Susan is an avid cyclist and rides in fundraising events each year. She has participated in the annual lMS150 Bicycle Ride for the last sixteen years. Susan is a long standing member of Boulder Valley Rotary Club where she serves as Treasurer. In 1997 and 2005 she was cited for the 'Service Above Self' award through the Rotary. Susan is a volunteer and bookkeeper for Eldora Mountain Ski Club. Susan was a board member for Accessible and Affordable Housing Options, for the Physically Challenged, (AAHOP) and she is active in raising money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
